When a technician visits your location for inspection or service, a visit fee may apply. These charges cover the technician’s time and travel and are not refundable once the visit has been completed.
Refunds are generally not available for repair services once the work has been completed. However, if you face any issue related to the repair work, you can contact our support team and we will review the situation and provide assistance where possible.
In some cases, spare parts may be required to complete the repair. Once a part has been installed or used in the appliance, the cost of that part cannot be refunded.
